I like to hit the escape thingy often and it's petty cool except for when it doesn't work, then I don't really like it that much. And that little man inside my computer thinks he can oversmart me. What he doesn't know is I can press the reset anytime I feel like. So the power rests with me after all. yay!!
umm... I guess what I wanted to say was *outsmart me*
Get out...I mean literally get out Henry, this is not your blog!
Actually I prefer oversmart :)
Lorraine:Yes, well I am not currently achieving a very good seperation of characters, admittedly.
Hey I've a question w.r.t. bittorrent thingy u said earlier. What if I manage to download a corrupt iso from an FTP site and start seeding it (consider I'm the first one), how does bittorrent find out what is the real md5sum? Then wound it take my corrupt md5sum as the referrence? For example, if someone else decides to seed a good iso over the same tracker (if thats possible), which obviously has a corrent iso, what would be the result? Would his file get corrupted? Or would mine be fixed? Again, I'd assume mine will be fixed, then how does the bittorrent know the second person has the corrent md5sum.I'm sorry if this doesn't make a whole lotta sense, I was just curious.
I believe bittorrent would generate the md5sum. If there are two torrents with different md5sums I imagine they would be considered to be referencing different files.Remember the GIGO law - Garbage In, Garbage Out.
What the hell was I drinking. Let me try again.A torrent based on a corrupted iso will produce a corrupted iso. A torrent from a good iso will produce a good iso.
